Movers Appoints Head of Development

  The Chairman of Movers & Shakers United , Mr. Austin Baloyi today announced the appointment of Mr Nathaniel Raphahlela as Head of Development.  Mr Raphahlela work and contribution to the academy has been phenomenal. He has been with the academy from the first day it was established. Referred to as coach Nathi, he has developed many young players from under 9 and 11 including the Chairman. As head of development his first assignment is to maintain and evolve a sustainable & progressive approach to player development within the Academy, and establishing development structures within the academy in the junior phases. "Movers and Shakers for You! I accept my appointment with great humility and respect! I pray to God that i will do my very best to meet all those requirements! As Head of Development my role is very intense, but as always, i am here to serve my leadership as always" said coach Nathi.  ENDS

Movers & Shakers launch a women’s team

  Movers Team Manager, Salia Khunene  Movers & Shakers United long-awaited women’s team will be launched this season. With the sporting director Teboho Mokayane indicating at this year's players development workshop, that "the club is ready to launch a women’s team this season." Movers Appoints Sporting Director - Tebogo Mokayane

T he Chairman of Movers & Shakers United , Mr. Austin  Baloyi today announced the club’s new Sporting Director, Coach  Tebogo Mokayane.  Coach Tebogo joined the club 2019, he joined the club as coach Benny's assistant coach in the senior team, and also being the head coach for the club's youth development. His experience in football has brought nothing but good impact to the club and the players as well. “Coach Tebogo understands our responsibility as a club and a learning institution as well. Our duty is to make a meaningful contribution to the players and communities, to promote and develop young players and coaches; to impact and inspire players. Movers Chairman disappointed with LFA administration

   Movers and Shakers United joinned ALFA known as Akasia Local Football Association for the 2021/22 Super League Season and junior teams. Movers.com caught up with the club's chairman, Mr Austen Baloyi and this is what he had to say about the new league: " it's our first time in the league and we are currently doing very well, but however we are very disappointed in the administration of the league/LFA, it's so bad to a point where teams don't have the right to comment, or say anything, i would call it a Stokvel administration". The chairman countied to add on "Akasia Local Football Association has the potential to be one of the most biggest LFA in Tshwane only if the way of administration changes. The chairman expressed that some of the decisions that they LFA takes are not even supported by any SAFA competition rules, they just decide without any consultation from the referee's head, which kills the development and preparation of the team that will...

Consistency and hard work

A record has been set by under 17 striker, Dumisane Mthomboti.  Movers and Shakers United striker walked away with four awards along with the big one Player of the season. Mthomboti has set an exceptional record for the club with having played 30 games, with 20 goals and 12 assists. His performance in the under 17 division caused him a promotion to the first team by the head coach, benny.  "Consistency and hard work produces good results and Dumisane is a perfect example of that" senior team head coach commented. MSU Chairman acknowledges SOLFA

Movers and Shakers United Chairman is pleased with Soshanguve Local Football Association. With the juniors season ending this past week, the chairman commented on social media about how competitive SOLFA. He wrote: I would personally like to acknowledge SOLFA, Soshanguve Local Football Association for the great work they are doing in running the LFA. Movers and Shakers got top exp erience, and is one of the biggest club because of the LFA, it is extremely competitive and perfect to build a club. To the LFA committee, heads of competition you guys are doing a very great Job for the football community of Soshanguve. Fact be told SOLFA is one of the most competitive LFA's in Pretoria. Movers and Shakers United spent two season under the LFA with the first team and 4 junior divisions, both the first and reserve team perform very well in their leagues. Mangoedi Joins the Moverians

After many weeks of speculation wherein Movers & Shakers United of the talented, most notably Real Orchards FC  Nhlabanele Mangoedi , the Club can finally confirm the signing of the  Nhlabanele in the first team. The 21-year-old has signed with the Moverians after agreeing terms to a two year contract.
